Terms of Service

If translations of these terms are published, the English version governs.

These terms are an agreement between you and GR8 SMM (the "service") about using the service. By connecting an account or sending content to the bot, you accept them. Our privacy practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy.

1. What the service does

GR8 SMM publishes video and images from Telegram to the social accounts you connect — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, VK, Telegram channels — on the schedule you set, and, if you enable it, brings direct messages from those accounts into your Telegram workspace so your team can reply.

The service is an instrument for publishing. It is not an advertising service, not a promotion service, and it does not sell followers, reach, or engagement.

2. Access

Access is currently by invitation. We may decline or revoke an invitation at our discretion. The service is currently provided without charge; if paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be published before billing begins, and access to content you have already stored will not depend on payment.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your accounts and your content

You connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for what you publish: you confirm you hold the rights to the content you send us and that publishing it breaks no law and no platform rule.

Content remains yours. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to operate the service: to store your files, transmit them to the platforms you selected, and display them back to you and your team.

4. Platform rules

Each connected platform has its own terms, and they apply to you directly:

Platforms impose limits we do not control: daily quotas, format requirements, review queues and restricted modes. The product surfaces these limits where they apply; they are set by the platforms, not by the service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates the rules of the platform it is being sent to. Do not use it for spam, artificial engagement, or circumventing platform restrictions or blocks. Do not probe, overload, or attempt to break the service.

We may suspend or disconnect an account that violates these rules. Where feasible we warn first; in cases of serious abuse we may act immediately and explain afterwards.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running and your scheduled posts on time, but the service is provided as is, without a guaranteed service level. The platforms change their APIs without asking us; features can degrade or disappear for reasons on their side. We may change or discontinue features, and will announce material changes in the bot before they take effect.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost reach, lost followers, or other indirect losses; for the actions of the platforms (including account restrictions or content removal on their side); or for content you publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them reduces mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.

8. Ending the relationship

You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts and, if you wish, ask us to erase your data (see the Privacy Policy, §9). We may terminate access for violation of these terms, or discontinue the service entirely with at least 30 days' notice, during which you can export your content.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top, and announce material changes in the bot before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
