This page explains how to remove your data from GR8 SMM.

Disconnect an account

In the bot, open /connect, choose the account, press Disconnect. The access token for that account is destroyed at that moment, and no further publishing or message reading happens for it. The account's content, publication records, and messages are erased within 30 days.

Erase everything

Write to privacy@gr8smm.com from the email address or Telegram account associated with your workspace and say you want a full erasure. We confirm completion in writing within 30 days. This removes your files, publication history, messages, and workspace settings.

Revoke access on the platform side

Disconnecting on our side is enough, but you can also revoke the app's access where you granted it:

• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove the app.
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove access.
• TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions → remove the app.
• VK: the community token you issued can be revoked in the community's settings.

What deletion does not cover

Posts already published live on the platforms and are deleted there, in the platform's own interface. We cannot delete them for you: the platforms do not give applications that right.
